This year's sustainability report reflects meaningful, if incomplete, progress against our stated targets. On emissions, we reduced our scope one and scope two emissions by eighteen percent compared to our baseline year, putting us slightly ahead of pace toward our goal of a fifty percent reduction by the end of the decade. Scope three emissions, which cover our broader supply chain, proved far more difficult to move, declining by only four percent, largely because they depend heavily on choices made by our suppliers rather than us directly. We have begun requiring our top fifty suppliers by spend to disclose their own emissions data as a condition of contract renewal, which we expect will improve both our visibility and our ability to drive change over the next two reporting cycles. On the social side, we met our target for pay equity across gender, though we still have a meaningful gap in representation at senior leadership levels that will take longer to close. Overall, the board's view is that this report should be read as encouraging progress rather than mission accomplished, and next year's targets will be set accordingly, with less room for the kind of slower progress we saw in scope three this year.
