リーダーシップに関するポッドキャスト解説

リーダーシップ論を語るビジネスポッドキャストの一節(超上級)

One of the most common mistakes I see in newly promoted leaders is confusing activity with impact. They fill their calendars with meetings, respond to every message within minutes, and feel productive because they are constantly busy. But busyness is not the same as effectiveness. The leaders who consistently perform at the highest level tend to do the opposite: they protect large blocks of uninterrupted time for the handful of decisions that actually move the needle, and they deliberately delegate or ignore the rest. This requires a level of comfort with saying no that many new leaders simply haven't developed yet. It also requires trusting your team enough to let them own outcomes, even when you could technically do the task faster yourself. In my experience coaching executives, the transition from individual contributor to leader is really a transition from being valued for what you personally produce to being valued for what your decisions and your team collectively produce. Until that mental shift happens, no amount of time management technique will actually solve the underlying problem.
