Thank you for having me here today. When we founded this company eight years ago, the idea that artificial intelligence would be embedded in nearly every business workflow seemed like a distant possibility. Today, it is simply the baseline expectation. The companies that will thrive over the next decade are not necessarily the ones with the most advanced technology, but the ones that most effectively translate that technology into measurable outcomes for their customers. That is the philosophy we have built our entire product strategy around. Rather than chasing every new capability, we ask a simple question before building anything: will this meaningfully reduce the time or cost it takes a customer to reach their goal? If the answer is no, we don't build it, no matter how impressive it might look in a demo. This discipline has not always been popular internally, but it has been the single biggest driver of our retention rates, which now sit above ninety-five percent. As we look ahead, our focus remains the same: fewer features, deeper impact, and a relentless focus on the outcomes that actually matter to the people using our product every day.
